Exercise and nutrition
From reading the other post I think everybody else has very good ideas. I think elementary kids need to know to how much fat and sugars are in foods. In one of the post somebody mentioned teaching them how to read labels on the foods, and that would be a very good idea. I think it’s also a good idea to teach them about the food chart, and how many servings you are suppose to have from each group. It’s also a very good idea to get kids active in doing things like sports in a young age, or being active in something so they can burn up some of the calories that they are eating instead of watching TV and playing video games all day.
